A block of 5-20 Hours can be contracted to support a variety of tasks and areas that you feel you need some extra help with.  As experienced and resourceful planners we hold a lot of knowledge that we are happy to share with our clients.  Tap into our expertise to save valueable time and ensure you are maximizing your wedding planning goals.  Hourly consulting is a popular add-on to our Wedding Day Essentials service for the couple that needs “just a little bit more”.

Some areas you may be looking for support with:

  Searching for the Perfect Venue ~ This is where it all begins!  There are so many wonderful venue options to consider and explore and we are happy to share our knowledge of the city’s best venues, inquire into availability, and obtain minimums, inclusions, and booking details to help simplify the hunt for the perfect venue! Estimated at 5-10 Hours.

  Assembling a Wedding Budget ~ It’s important to start with a realistic budget, not a wishful thinking one.  We know how much a wedding can cost and are happy to understand your priorities and allocate a realistic budget that will help you move through your planning journey with confidence. Usually 3-4 Hours including adjustments and discussion.

  Momentum Meeting ~ One on one in-person or Zoom planner time to troubleshoot issues that you are facing, obtain insight and direction, prevent procrastination, etc.  We know a lot and love sharing what we know!

  Design & Décor ~ You may or may not yet know what you want your wedding to look like.  You might be overwhelmed with too many good ideas and don’t know how to reel it in.  We are experts at sound boarding ideas, streamlining visions, and shortlisting the right vendors to help bring a wedding design plan to life. Estimated at 5-20 Hours pending logistics, expectations, and amount of support desired. This can be discussed further with your planner to establish the right amount of hours needed. 

  Seating & Floorplan ~ Some people have no trouble creating and establishing their seating plan and floorplan, while for others it’s an overwhelming idea.  Let us help you create a fabulous, well thought out plan that maximizes the venue’s best attributes and increases guest enjoyment.
