Bonnie is a ROCKSTAR! Cool as a cucumber and the perfect foil to the stresses of wedding planning. She was so helpful and went above and beyond. She is clear, concise, and very sweet. On the day of Bonnie was a total ninja and there when you needed her, but invisible when you didn’t. She worked behind the scenes with all our vendors to ensure things appeared effortless. Her execution skills were on point! A true professional. The icing on the cake was that Bonnie spoke both Cantonese and Mandarin and was a huge hit with our out-of-town guests. We found Bonnie Wong from DreamGroup after an exhaustive search of Vancouver wedding planners. We’re a NYC based couple and I’m originally from Vancouver and my husband is from Australia. We faced many logistic and cultural challenges and also meeting our family’s many demands so we knew we needed a full-time wedding planner. Bonnie was the perfect candidate from the very beginning, she met with my family in Vancouver while I Skyped in and she was clear and concise with her step by step planning guide. She was very patient and understanding with answering all of our questions and reassured us she’ll be there for the entire planning process. We were extremely impressed by her professionalism and knew she was the one for us.

The budget setting and planning process was quite stressful for me and my husband, but Bonnie was very patient, and we Skyped or had phone calls with her as many times as needed in order to plan everything out perfectly. She always made herself available and was always the voice of calm and reason in our conversations. The wedding day schedule was down to the minute and she managed to keep everything on track. Everything went so smoothly on that day and either me, my husband or my family could always find her to answer questions or diffuse a sticky situation for us. She was calm, decisive and managed her team very well; even our guests commented on how well the wedding day unfolded without a hitch.

Looking back at the planning process, we were not the easiest clients with our many requests/demands and she went out of her way to ensure everybody was happy. We were sometimes nervous and stressed out during the planning process and especially on the wedding day but Bonnie always took time out to check in with us and shared great advice and wisdom which calmed us down tremendously. Finally, my (bride’s) mom is a notoriously difficult person to please and even she was impressed with Bonnie and I’ve never seen her happier than on my wedding day.

She is very easy to talk to, and very calm and organized in nature. She made sure I had nothing to worry about and I felt 100% confident to leave everything to her. She is also able to speak fluent Chinese which was another reason why I chose her in the beginning. For my next wedding I will for sure choose her again! JUST KIDDING.

Bonnie was strong and efficient for her little frame and I felt like she was always had me in the corner of her eye to see if I needed anything even if she’s busy with something else. Overall, I’d say DREAMGROUP + MY LOVED ONES = THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!

Bonnie was my coordinator and she was timely, professional, detail oriented and reliable. I couldn’t have been more stress free on my wedding day because of her and her assistant. I would recommend this service to anyone, it is definitely worth the money. There was a finalization meeting a few weeks before the wedding and from that point, she took over the work. She delivered and set up and took down all the decorations and made sure the timeline went smoothly. I had no issues on my wedding day because of them!

We were so lucky to have Bonnie part of our wedding day. Her fluency in Cantonese came in extremely handy with our guests and she knew so much about the cultural traditions that were important to our family. You were always there when we needed you. Thank you so much Bonnie.
