Cayenne has been a part of the DreamGroup family since 2019. She brings a magnitude of qualities and experiences that enrich our team and allow her to connect with many different types of clients and backgrounds. Cayenne was raised in Switzerland and Austria and speaks fluent German! She loves spending time in the great outdoors skiing and hiking with her husband, daughter, and dog. Her love of food and travel give her an exceptional edge when supporting clients who also appreciate world influences and delicious fare.

The event industry is in Cayenne’s blood! With both parents having worked in hospitality, Cayenne spent her childhood on many an event setup playing amongst the tables, chairs, linens & flowers! “It definitely left an impression on me. I loved watching how people worked together to create something so special and beautiful from nothing.”

While completing her studies in Event Management & Wedding Planning at BCIT & Hospitality Management at Vancouver Community College, Cayenne worked for several esteemed international hotel groups. Her role in banquets for The Four Seasons taught her so much about expectations and what it takes to make an event experience run smoothly. As did her position as Event Coordinator at Hyatt Regency Vancouver which further solidified her capabilities and passion for weddings & events!

Cayenne was truly outstanding. Our wedding was nothing short of perfect. Leading up, Cayenne kept us on track and made sure everything was set up for success. She helped us craft our schedule and ensured us, and all our vendors felt confident. She went out of her way to provide helpful recommendations and we could lean on her when we weren’t so sure about small details. We worked with her completely remotely and she made us feel so at ease about not seeing our venue prior!
On the actual day, everything was seamless. Cayenne and her team was so on top of everything. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us ensuring we, and all our guests had the best day! I can’t say thank you enough.
As a bride, I had so many nerves the day off but she did everything in her power to put those at ease, even ensuring I ate, even if that meant she had to get the catering staff to find potato chips stat!

My husband filled a review but I needed to say more because DreamGroup was fantastic and Cayenne was out of this world. We were planning an international wedding – me in the US and my husband in Canada. We wanted to include aspects of our culture in the wedding.
Right from the start, our interaction with dream group was positive. The interview with the Geneve was encouraging, warm and authentic. She was approachable and thoughtful and made sure we knew she was always available even after she paired us with Cayenne who she thought would be a great fit for our wedding needs. And she was so right!
We wanted to plan a simple, elegant, culture infused wedding and we couldn’t have been more lucky to work with Cayenne. Honestly, she felt more like a friend, someone you can count on, by the end of the wedding planning. We used DreamsGroup’s wedding day essentials services since we had already made some headway on major aspects of the wedding planning.
Cayenne impressed me with her calm demeanor, thoughtful questions and preparation (she had done some research on Nigerian weddings before our first meeting) as well as her able to think quickly on her feet. She was extremely organized without being inflexible. She was honest and looked out for US and OUR goals the entire time. Most especially she was warm and approachable while being an absolute professional.
Even though I wasn’t able to visit the site until 4 days before the wedding, I had complete peace of mind knowing Cayenne was on top of all the details and understood our vision. Our wedding was smooth and beautiful and we were well taken care of thanks to Cayenne and DreamGroup. We are forever grateful.

We were looking for a month-of coordinator as we had done a lot of the preliminary planning and booking and wanted someone to take the lead at the end so we can enjoy the time with each other and our families. After meeting Cayenne in January, we knew she was the right person for our wedding as she was so friendly and very organized.
The questionnaire was a great way for us to see where we were with our planning and see what was still missing. Once she got all our previous planning down, she was on top of all our wedding details and made everything seamless.
The meetings and check-ins starting two months before the wedding were perfect as it allowed us to get any last minute tasks completed and really helped us be stress-free leading up to the big day. On the day of our wedding we were really able to enjoy the day as we knew that everything would run smoothly because of her. She checked in with us throughout the day and made sure we were happy and taken care of.
Having Cayenne and DreamGroup as our coordinators was hands down one of the BEST decisions we made when planning our wedding! I have told everyone they need to have a coordinator for their wedding and highly recommended Cayenne.

We had Cayenne for our wedding, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better planner! She was super helpful and organized, and helped us during the entire planning process. She made herself available for any questions we had along the way, and she was always so quick to respond. She had such great attention to detail, and she was on top of everything during the wedding.
Cayenne went above and beyond for us during our wedding day, and we couldn’t have been more thankful! She communicated well with us, she made sure that we were able to stay on top of our timeline, and more importantly, she made sure we were both feeling okay throughout the day.
My husband was starting to feel unwell after our ceremony, and she was so amazing at trying to make him feel better and doing anything she can to make sure he was feeling okay. We were both so thankful for her for how caring and empathetic she was to both of us during that time.
We couldn’t have asked for a better planner to help us with our wedding day. We couldn’t have had our wedding without her, and all our family and friends had nothing but good things to say about her!

If you’re looking for someone who is extremely on top of things and will help ease the stress of planning for a wedding, Cayenne is the person to go to. We had booked our vendors, and wanted someone to help us get to the finish line and plan out our schedule for the day. From our first remote meeting on, she attentively listened to our vision, and provided feedback to ensure that our wedding day went smoothly.
On top of that, we had wanted to add additional vendors to our wedding only weeks before the big day, and she was cooperative every step of the way while relieving our worries. Oh and if you’re looking for someone who knows how to deal with unforseen cirumstances on the wedding day without it overshadowing the wedding itself, she is that person.

I would give a 10 star rating if I could. Cayenne exceeded my expectations and I can not recommend her enough! She is absolutely meticulous, organized, knowledgeable, and consistently two steps ahead of me. She was balancing my flowers and wine on her clipboard, helping my dad when he didn’t know where to stand / sit, guiding guests and organizing the DJ, kept the whole wedding on schedule.
Up to the wedding, she would check in and gently make sure we had checked off each item as we got closer to the date. I could go on and on, but just hire her. Seriously. I can’t say enough. Not one complaint. 10/10!
